Lectures and Presentations
Students often think of learning as bound by the page, whether paper or digital. Southern University faculty are expanding the learning opportunities for students by using interactive content management platforms in addition to the University's Blackboard System. In this section of the College Knowledge Station you will find links to course lectures and presentations.
Instructors use various Southern University Online virtual classrooms in Horizon Wimba, Tegrity, or PalTalk. Additionally, several are creating flashcards with VTrain to accompany lecture content. You can take notes online with Microsoft OneNote (requires enrollment at Southern University) or EverNote (freeware). Click on the tabs above to be redirected to the different platforms.
